1. Services Provided

Kayy Luxury Designs offers professional graphic design services, including but not limited to:

  • Logo Design

  • Branding Suites

  • Business Cards

  • E-Flyers

  • Custom Thank You Cards

  • Other Custom Graphic Design Services

2. Project Timeline

  • All graphic design projects, including logos, branding suites, business cards, and e-flyers, have a turnaround time of approximately 7-14 business days from the time we receive all required information and files from you. This timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Rush Orders: If you require a project to be completed in less than the standard turnaround time, an additional fee may apply. Please contact us for rush service availability.

  • Delays: Failure to provide the necessary design details, content, or revisions on time may result in delays.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • To ensure the timely delivery of your project, clients are responsible for providing the following:

  1. Accurate and complete details, including the business name, services, design preferences, and inspiration.

  2. Professional photos: Any images or photos provided for use in the design (e.g., for business cards or e-flyers) must be of professional quality. Unprofessional or low-quality images will not be accepted, and this will result in a refund and cancellation of the project.

  3. Timely submission of all required content (e.g., logo inspiration, color palette, flyer details, etc.).

  4. Responsive communication: Timely response to design proofs and requests for feedback. Delays in communication may extend the project timeline.

4. Revisions and Approvals

  • Included Revisions: All packages include up to two rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions beyond the two rounds will incur an extra charge.

  • Final Approval: Once the final design is approved by the client, no further changes can be made without additional charges. It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly review all design elements before final approval.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment in Full: All services require full payment upfront before any design work begins.

  • No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once the project has begun, except in the case of cancellation due to unprofessional photos (see Client Responsibilities).This is a frequently asked question?

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Upon final payment and approval, you will own the final design files provided to you. Kayy Luxury Designs reserves the right to use completed designs for portfolio purposes, including website and social media showcasing.

  • Copyright: You may not resell, distribute, or modify any of our designs for other clients or third-party use without written consent from Kayy Luxury Designs.

7. File Delivery

  • File Formats: All final designs will be delivered in the agreed-upon formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, AI). If specific formats are required, please notify us prior to project completion.

  • Delivery Method: Files will be delivered via email or through a file-sharing platform. The client is responsible for downloading and safely storing the files upon delivery.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Design Work Begins: If you cancel your order before any design work begins, you may receive a partial refund at the discretion of Kayy Luxury Designs.

  • After Work Has Begun: Once design work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for cancellations unless due to unprofessional photos.

9. Confidentiality

  • All information shared with Kayy Luxury Designs, including business information, design preferences, and other materials, will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Kayy Luxury Designs is not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Communication

  • All communication regarding project details, revisions, and approvals will be conducted via email at KayyLuxuryDesigns@gmail.com. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response.

12. Agreement

  • By proceeding with a purchase from Kayy Luxury Designs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
